Shipping Returns

At Sheer Clothings, we aim to deliver your fashion picks quickly and safely. Once your order is confirmed, it is processed and dispatched within 1–3 business days. Shipping timelines may vary based on your location and the product selected.

Estimated Delivery Time:

  • Metro Cities: 3–5 business days

  • Other Locations: 5–8 business days

Shipping Charges:

  • Free shipping on all prepaid orders

  • A minimal fee may apply for Cash on Delivery (COD) orders

Once shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS to follow your package’s journey.

Return & Exchange Policy
Your satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, we offer easy returns and exchanges within 7 days of delivery.

Eligibility for Returns/Exchanges:

  • The item must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition

  • Tags and original packaging must be intact

  • Returns/exchanges must be initiated within 7 days of receiving the product

Non-Returnable Items:

  • Discounted or sale items

  • Innerwear, accessories, or customized products

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, refunds (for prepaid orders) will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days. For COD orders, we offer store credit or a bank transfer after confirmation.
