Payment Confirmation
Once your payment is successfully processed, you will receive an order confirmation via email and/or SMS. Please ensure you provide accurate contact details during checkout to avoid delays.

Billing Information
Your invoice will be sent via email after the order is confirmed and will also be included with the package. If you require a GST invoice or customized billing, please contact us at support@sheerclothings.com after placing your order.
Failed Transactions
If your payment fails or gets deducted without order confirmation:

Please check your bank account to confirm the deduction.

If money was deducted but you didn’t receive confirmation, contact us with your transaction details.

Refunds for failed transactions (if any) will be processed within 5–7 business days.
